We have created a place that reflects our own aspirations.
After extensive renovation works, the former pub at Heiligengeistwall 9 has become a gourmet restaurant with 22 seats. Gourmet is – in our opinion – the ‘plate language’, because the modern and ‚industrial‘ designed interior invites to casual, familiar and the same time stylish living room atmosphere. We focus on „Class. Not mass“.
With a unique concept in Oldenburg, our goal is clearly defined: we want to bring the first Michelin star to Oldenburg. In our open kitchen there is a monthly changing menu, from 6 to 8 courses – we do not have a classic menu. We are very proud to use high quality and regional food to offer the best quality possible.
