1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions are the basis for all table reservations in our restaurant (Restaurant Kevin Gideon, Heiligengeistwall 9, 26122 Oldenburg).

2. Binding nature of table reservations
By making a table reservation, you declare in a legally binding manner that you will appear in our restaurant at the chosen time with the specified number of persons. Already with the table reservation a pre-contractual obligation arises, from which rights and obligations result.

3. Cancellation fees and no-show fees
3.1 You can cancel the reserved table free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed date by e-mail to restaurant@kevingideon.de, by telephone on +49 441 1800 50 66 or in person in our restaurant.

3.2 If you do not cancel the reserved table no later than 24 hours before the agreed date or if you do not appear at our restaurant at the reserved time with the specified number of persons, we may demand compensation for our futile expenses. In these cases, we will charge cancellation fees or no-show fees in the amount of EUR 100.00 for each registered and no-show guest.

3.3 You reserve the right to prove in individual cases that we have incurred no or lower costs.

3.4 The cancellation fees and no-show fees shall not apply if we are able to assign the table reserved by you to other guests at short notice.
